Since 1988, Geppeto’s Pizza has served delicious Italian food to the foothills of North Carolina from three different locations. The locally-owned company serves pizza from scratch, homemade pasta, and other high-quality Italian food at reasonable prices. Geppeto’s customers can dine in their comfortable and casual restaurants or order online for take-out.
When the Covid pandemic hit in early 2020, government-mandated lockdowns dictated an end to in-store dining for extended periods. Geppeto’s offered take-out and online ordering capabilities, but the website was outdated and not optimized for search engines. Further, there was no strategy or tactics in place to promote the website. Major pizza chains with deep marketing budgets are Geppeto’s competition for the local market.
